Jason Leek
Chief Executive Officer
Jason joined Prism Healthcare as Chief Executive in November 2022. Jason is a business leader with more than 25 years' experience in operational leadership and strategy / M&A. His most recent role was as CEO of Riverstone, a retirement living business owned by Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, Jason was CEO of London Executive Offices, a leading provider of serviced offices where he led the business through a successful sale. In his earlier career, Jason spent 13 years at Compass Group (the FTSE 100 food service company), split between roles as Managing Director of various UK businesses and Head of Global Strategy and M&A. He studied law at Oxford University and spent the first part of his career as a corporate lawyer.Jason loves cycling as the best way to switch off after a busy week. Jason and his wife are preparing for a new stage of life with two kids away at university.
Paul Mullan
Managing Director, Prism Healthcare Long Term Care Division
Paul joined Harvest Healthcare in August 2022.
He is a chartered mechanical electrical engineer and experienced MD with experience across consumer goods, food production, agriculture, pet care, wallpapers, and fabrics.
Through developing trust cultures with high-performing teams, he has enjoyed value creation within private equity businesses, family-owned SMEs, and large multinational corporations.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, road cycling and cooking.
Stuart Meldrum
Non-executive Chairman
MBA, University of Warwick, Warwick Business School.
Stuart held the role of CEO of Prism Medical for 12 years, successfully guiding us through key transitions and takeovers. Originally heading up the TSX listed group company in Toronto, he moved to the UK in 2014 to oversee the public to private buy out of the UK business, and in 2018 directed our sale to Limerston Capital.
Before Prism Healthcare, Stuart worked in various Operations Director roles within the steel industry. After 14 years, he moved into cosmetics, supplying major cosmetic brands such as The Body Shop and Revlon as Operations Director, Sales Director and later, CEO.
Today, Stuart lives in Cardiff with his wife and two daughters.
Lee Reeves
Group Development Director
B.Eng Mechanical Engineering
Lee joined Prism Healthcare in 2015 when the group acquired his company, Mackworth Healthcare Ltd. He soon worked his way up from General Manager to Operations Director. Today, as Group Development Director, he oversees all group development commercial activities within the organisation, from new product development to international sales and developing the top 3 domestic and new accounts.
Before Prism Healthcare, Lee was Global Manufacturing and Commercial Director for Patterson Medical, working across South East Asia, Australia and Europe.
His most significant achievement to date was setting up a new, value-for-money moving and handling sling brand, taking significant market share from established brands. The success was down to the broad commercial range on offer, being easy to deal with while producing quality products in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility by a highly-skilled dedicated team.
For fun, Lee enjoys paddle boarding, going to the gym and travelling around Spain.
Tony O'Brien
Chief Operations Director
Tony joined Prism in September 2023.Tony graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 1990 with a degree in Engineering. Since graduating, he has worked in various Operations & Supply Chain roles, making various products, mainly in regulated industries. From space rockets, razor blades, cereal, private label homecare products and even more laterally, windows. The bulk of his career was spent with Kellogg’s, where his passion for high standards and customer service was instilled.Tony has worked across Europe, managing factories in different countries and coaching teams to deliver synergies through improved teamwork. Understanding and improving competitive position has always been a big part of this.Outside of work, it is all family and friends. Living in Chester with his wife and three sons, the family schedule keeps him busy. It mainly revolves around sports, both playing and watching.
Claire Litton
Managing Director, Prism Healthcare Paediatric Division
Claire joined Prism Healthcare Group in August 2015 as part of the Smirthwaite acquisition.
Driven by a passion for delivering a first class customer experience she has successfully grown businesses and influential teams in both the financial and healthcare sectors.
Claire enjoys travel, fitness (which largely involves chasing her very energetic dogs around), gardening and spending time with friends and family.
Rob Neale
Chief Financial Officer
Rob joined Prism Healthcare as Chief Financial Officer in December 2023.
Rob is an experienced CFO and Executive Director who has worked in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, product-led businesses, including Dyson, Stanley Black and Decker, ghd, Jet2.com and Safestyle UK. In these companies, Rob has gained a wealth of experience operating in both UK and international markets across many different sectors encompassing AIM-listed, FMCG, B2B, private equity, FCA-regulated, manufacturing and consumer retail businesses.
Rob has a degree in business administration from the University of Bath. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Rob lives in North Yorkshire and enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and friends and road cycling.
Chris Claydon-Butler
Managing Director, Home Care Division
Chris joined Prism Medical UK as Interim Operations Director in January 2022 before accepting a permanent role as Managing Director for our Homecare Division in July 22. With a wealth of experience across many sectors, including Healthcare, Chris has a proven track record in delivering transformational change and service redesign, and she is keen to use this experience to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service to our end users in the most cost-effective way for our customers.Chris is also involved with Bury Hospice, a not-for-profit organisation supporting families with life-limiting illnesses. Her passion for the Hospice continues to this day, where she currently holds the position of chair of the board alongside her role at Prism Medical UK.Outside work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as cheering on the England cricket team.
